These Terms of Use (these “Terms”) represent an agreement between you and TRT Method (“we,” “us,” or “TRT Method”) and govern your use of our websites at www.trtmethod.com and www.trtmethode.nl (the “Sites”) and any products, services, or memberships made available from time to time via these Sites (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.

1. SERVICES

TRT Method grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for your personal use, subject to payment and compliance with these Terms. We reserve all rights not expressly granted.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services without notice. TRT Method will not be liable for such modifications or interruptions.

2. PAYMENT

You may purchase licenses to certain Products or memberships through one-off payments or installment plans, as specified on the Sites. By providing payment details, you authorize us to:

  • Charge the specified amount to your credit or debit card, either as a one-off payment or recurring installments based on your selected plan.

  • Automatically renew memberships periodically (monthly or annually, as applicable) unless canceled in accordance with these Terms.

Installment Plans: If you choose to pay via an installment plan, you enter into a binding payment obligation for the full number of installments as agreed at the time of purchase. You are required to complete all scheduled payments regardless of your use of the Services. Failure to complete installment payments does not entitle you to a refund of amounts already paid and may result in suspension or termination of your access to the Services, as well as potential debt recovery action.

Memberships: Membership payments are recurring but may be canceled at any time in accordance with Section 3 of these Terms.

Payment obligations are binding, and failure to fulfill them may result in suspension or termination of your access to the Services.

3. REFUNDS & CANCELLATION

3.1 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all purchases, regardless of the payment method chosen (one-off payment, installment plan, or membership). Unless a different refund period is explicitly stated on the relevant sales page at the time of purchase, refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date by contacting info@trtmethod.com. Where the sales page specifies a different refund period, that period shall prevail.

The money-back guarantee applies to both installment purchases and memberships. If a refund is approved within the applicable guarantee period, all payments made to date will be refunded and the purchase agreement will be considered canceled in full.

3.2 Installment Plans After the Guarantee Period

If you have chosen an installment plan and the applicable money-back guarantee period has expired, you remain obligated to complete all remaining scheduled installment payments. Cancellation of future installments is not permitted once the refund period has lapsed. Previously completed payments are non-refundable, and outstanding installments remain due in full.

3.3 Membership Cancellation

You may cancel your membership at any time. To cancel, notify us by email at info@trtmethod.com. We recommend canceling at least 7 days before your next scheduled payment to ensure the cancellation is processed in time. If notice is received less than 7 days before the next payment date, that payment may still be charged. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, after which no further charges will be made.

3.4 Processing Time

Refunds for eligible requests will be processed within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

4. YOUR CONTENT

You may provide content (e.g., comments or feedback) via the Services (“Your Content”). By doing so, you grant us a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, modify, and publish Your Content in connection with promoting or improving our Services.

You represent and warrant that you own the rights to Your Content and that it does not infringe on any third-party rights.

5. YOUR CONDUCT

When using the Services, you agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

  • Engage in fraudulent, harassing, or defamatory behavior.

  • Use the Services to infringe on others’ intellectual property rights.

  • Share your account or access credentials with unauthorized parties.

  • Reverse engineer, scrape, or resell any part of the Services without our explicit consent.

Violations may result in suspension or termination of your access to the Services.

6. PROPRIETARY RIGHTS

All content, designs, and technology within the Services are owned by TRT Method and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute our content without express written permission.

7. PRIVACY

Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using the Services, you consent to the terms of our Privacy Policy and our compliance with applicable laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

8. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

  • The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

  • TRT Method is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

  • Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant Product or €100, whichever is less.

  • Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on liability, so these terms may not apply to you.

9. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of the Netherlands.

10. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will take effect when posted on our Sites, and your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. MISCELLANEOUS

These Terms represent the entire agreement between you and TRT Method. They supersede all prior agreements and communications. If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

13. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact us to resolve the matter amicably. If necessary, disputes may be referred to mediation or arbitration in the Netherlands.

14. LIFETIME ACCESS

Where a Product is sold as offering “lifetime access,” TRT Method guarantees continued access to that Product for a minimum period of three (3) years from the date of purchase.

After this minimum period, TRT Method will make reasonable commercial efforts to maintain access to lifetime Products for as long as the platform remains operational. We will provide reasonable advance notice if access to a lifetime Product is to be discontinued after the minimum three-year period.

Limitation of Lifetime Access Guarantee: Notwithstanding the above, TRT Method shall not be held liable for interruption, suspension, or termination of access in circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, acts of war or terrorism, pandemics, major cyberattacks, bankruptcy or insolvency, regulatory changes requiring cessation of operations, or any other event constituting force majeure. In such circumstances, TRT Method will make reasonable efforts to preserve access or provide alternative arrangements where feasible, but cannot guarantee continuity of service.
