With the TRT method you go through three steps to teach your horse how to feel confident and relaxed in any situation. The first step is to discover who your horse really is: what he feels, what he thinks, and what motivates him. We’ll then move on to the groundwork, that helps your horse find their balance and confidence. That’s expanded on in the tools step. In the end, we’ll also teach you all you need to know to find this relaxation in the saddle as well.
