Sarah's journey within TRT Method

Sarah’s horse, a brumby, had a rocky start.

As she felt she needed something to help her horse, Sarah stumbled upon TRT Method during COVID, and it was a real game-changer.

''TRT delves into the human experience and the internal journey mirrored in our horses.''

For Sarah, it meant stepping away from riding when it no longer served her horses’ mental well-being and starting with groundwork instead.

What truly made a difference for Sarah was the supportive community within TRT. ❤️

Feeling isolated in her journey, she discovered a lot of comfort in a group of like-minded riders from all over the world.

Their feedback and support played a crucial role in her personal growth, which helped her tremendously in her journey with her brumby.

Thank you for sharing your beautiful story Sarah. I’m really grateful for this! 🙏

  1. That was a fantastic video. And sooo true and encouraging for everyone that works with horses. It definitely makes me try take a video of my horse and me facing problems. Even me being a leisure rider with no competition or medal plans.

  2. Sarah is so right. Working on your own is not easy. I’ve gone back to groundwork for my OTT Thoroughbred, Ducky and my Welsh Pony, Phoenix, and what a difference! We do really communicate much better. Still have a long way to go! The three of us are much happier. Thank so much Tristan and the team. KK

  3. This gives me hope to try TRT with my new mustang – I joined during COVID and then…did…nothing with it! Time to sign back in!

  4. Well Sarah and Team TRT…..Sarah your words touch my heart, yeah the music inspired it also but it is your words Sarah, heartfelt truth. Beautiful video, beautiful community which is a family. My Asperger brain is very independent and not drawn to messaging….so l do not join in much in that way BUT when l do pop into the TRT group l am welcomed and loved as the family member who appears occasionally from the ‘back paddock’ to say hi and disappear again. Tristan and his Team are so much fun, so inspiring, the teaching of Tristan’s methods are superb and deeply sharing……deep gratitude with all of my being, Tristan! Thank you and thank you Sarah for sharing your journey 💐💖😁

  5. Thank you for sharing this. I’m going to record myself with my horses… cringing already but I’m inspired to learn.

  6. I’m fairly new here, I remember an email I received in the beginning about an App or something where other members a communicate with each other 🤔 am I correct? I feel like I’m missing something.
